Located in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, the Nautical Beachfront Resort is master-planned as a year-round destination for boaters and lake visitors. This 27 acres Resort has panoramic views of the lake, city, and Mohave Mountains. The Master Plan reflects the vision of creating a year-round resort that elevates the guest experience by providing a variety of amenities and guest services. Master plan improvements include a beach club, full-service restaurant, marina facilities, conference center, events pavilion, children’s splash garden, and a beachfront promenade that connects to 170 hotels and extended-stay suites.
The “WET” Beach Club includes a poolside palapa bar, private cabanas, and an expansive infinity-edge pool. Designated as one of Arizona’s largest infinity-edge pools, the 72-foot infinity edge is aligned along the axis of the legendary lake cove located below. A landscape concept that includes integrating a desert oasis is utilized to reinforce the unique beach club spaces.
